A: No, Only TWO (2) Firewalls are allowed, and it should not be located or constructed on the front side of the structure.

A: For residential use: No need to provide For Commercial use: Yes, at least within a 200-meter distance.
Q: I would like to apply for an Occupancy Certificate however, I recently added One (1) or more storey/s on the structure which is not included in the issued Building Permit. What are the requirements so that my application will be complete and complying?
A: The requirements are:
- Amended Structural plans conforming to the actual number of storeys
- Structural Design Analysis for the as built structure
- In case of an Additional Storey for an existing structure, Structural Review conducted by a Structural Engineer (must be a member of ASEP) is required.
- Submit Affidavit of a Civil Engineer, certifying that he supervised the construction, and that the structure is in accordance with the Structural Design Analysis.
